A sold officials management software project combining game schedules, availability, qualification-aware assignments, open positions, approval requests, travel expenses and payment records.
Sports associations must coordinate changing schedules, availability, different referee and linesperson qualification levels, evaluator duties, open shifts and pay calculations. Email threads and multiple spreadsheets leave too much room for missed details.
I developed an interactive, two-sided prototype: assignors review schedules and approve changes, while officials see their own games and availability. It demonstrates spreadsheet imports, division-based fees, separate role qualifications, date-specific availability exceptions, open-game requests, preset and custom travel rates, and payment-history reporting. The public demo is sample data in browser storage, not a production deployment.
