My background includes professional help-desk support, IT specialist work, independent IT consulting, website projects and hands-on business problem solving.
I’m comfortable translating technical issues into normal language and working independently to get from “this isn’t working” to a practical solution.
My experience outside traditional office IT also gives me an operational perspective: technology has to work in the real world—not just look good in a presentation.
